( you will have to fill out the larger simplified CSA form before the regatta at our registration desk on Thursday)

Please fill in this form and push Send at the end of the Form if you want to enter your Yacht into the 5th Invitational St.Maarten - St.Martin Classic Yacht Regatta.
We will review the information and contact you if we need additional information.
If we have all the information needed we will contact you in order to receive your payment for the yacht by on line secure credit card payment, by St.Maarten bank check or wire transfer whatever you prefer.
Entrance fee is US $4.00 p/ft and US $ 6.00 p/ft if you prefer to wait until January 15, 2010.

PLEASE REGISTER BEFORE JANUARY 15, 2010 !!!

If you have to cancel your registration there will be only a US $20 cost to cover administration and credit card transactions.
Please DO NOT pay on line before we have confirmed your yacht registration !
