Last Mango in Paradise is a sponsor of the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Regatta.

The new logo design features the winning yacht of the first regatta, Richard West's CHARM III.
T-shirts with the new design will be presented officially to Richard in Anguilla somewhere next week.

The owner of Last Mango in Paradise, Rodger Boutelle, has been involved and supported yacht racing in the Caribbean since 1978.
Rodger raced on a Swan 47 "LiveEdge" with captain "Crunch" Hazelton at the helm.
He raced also in the early St.Barth's regattas against classics like "Ticondiroga", "Zobeide" and "Legend".
Roger participated in all the early St.Maarten Regattas ( now the Heineken Regatta ) when Peter Spronk's presence of catamarans was huge!

Roger started his career in the Caribbean by bringing the first professional dive boat to St.Maarten to the newly opened Mullet Bay Resort. Business blossomed after he met his future wife Bootsie and her childhood friend Jimmy Buffet in St.Barth's in 1986.
Rodger started retailing Jimmy's new line of T-shirts in St.Barth and St.Maarten in his Black Swan boutiques.
The interiors of the first stores were build out of the massive teak timbers of the "Black Swan" then owned by Captain Crunch Hazeltonuntill she burned and sunk off St.Maarten in 1973.

Last Mango in Paradise is also the designer of the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Regatta logo !

Many nautical artifacts can be seen at Last Mango in Paradise at Front Street 17 in Philipsburg.
Rodger salvaged much of those artifacts from his early days as a commercial diver.

Last Mango in Paradise sells a variety of beachwear, Tees & Caps, all with a nautical Caribbean flare.

Rodger and Bootsie are currently vendors for Jimmy Buffet's margaritaville stores, creating a unique line of T-shirts and cap designs exclusively for margaritaville.

At Last Mango in Paradise the earliest St.Barth's regatta posters can be seen with the 1978 poster hand painted on a piece of Mahogany plywood by Bruce Smith.

The First 2007 Regatta poster is now available on line for download !
